Delete your Slipstream data
Last updated: 19 August 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with Slipstream, an Android game published by Diginara. It covers what we delete, what is retained and why, and how long it takes.
Slipstream has no sign-up
There is no email address, password or profile attached to you. The only server-side record tied to your installation is an anonymous account ID and, if you have submitted a score, a single leaderboard row. Everything else lives on your device and disappears when you uninstall.
How to request deletion
- Email diginarastudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Slipstream data deletion request". The link above opens a pre-filled message.
- Tell us how to find your row. Because your account is anonymous, we have no way to look you up by email. Include your display name exactly as it appears on the leaderboard, plus your approximate score and, if you remember, the car you used and roughly when you last played.
- We confirm and delete. We reply within 7 days to confirm we have identified the right record, and complete the deletion within 30 days of your original request.
- Uninstall the game to remove the data held locally on your device. This is entirely under your control and does not require us.
Note on identifying your record. If the display name you give us is generic or shared by several players, we may ask a follow-up question before deleting — this protects other players from having their scores removed by mistake. If we cannot confidently identify a single row, we will tell you rather than guess.

What is retained, and why
Anonymous analytics events. Gameplay analytics (runs started, distance reached, screens opened, errors) are recorded against a random per-install identifier that is never linked to your display name or your leaderboard row. Because there is no connection between those events and your identity, we cannot locate and extract your specific events to delete them — and equally, nobody can use them to identify you. These events expire automatically on Google's default retention schedule for Firebase Analytics.
You can stop analytics collection at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the game. Turning it off prevents any further events being recorded.
Google Play Games data. If you signed in with Google Play Games, your achievements and Play Games leaderboard entries are held by Google under your own Google account, not by us. Manage or delete that data through your Google Account settings — we have no ability to delete it for you.
Legal retention. If we are under a legal obligation to retain a record, we will keep only what the law requires and tell you when you ask.
Deleting without contacting us
If you have never submitted a score to the online leaderboard, we hold nothing that identifies your installation beyond anonymous analytics. In that case uninstalling the game removes everything and there is nothing to request.
Questions
Any question about this process, or about what we hold, goes to the same address. We answer deletion requests and questions about them ourselves — there is no ticketing system to navigate.
